You can also read about my deliverance in my testimony above :o) What Church do you attend? Are you active in the ministry or are you mostly on your own. I don’t prefer to put my personal info about my church but I do attend a church in my home town. I attend Vision University in California where I am near completion of my Bachelor’s degree in Theology. What Is the scripture verse in the word of God that best suit's you? 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! How do you keep from the temptation of porn, and what would you tell others to do when struggling? I never struggled with porn addiction but did struggle with sex addiction but have been transformed by the renewing of my mind in Romans 12:2 and have become a new creature like 2 Corinthians 5:17 states. I did go through some of the consequences that porn addicts go through like having to fight off tormenting images of porn. used 2 Corinthians 10:5 and Philippians 4:8 to fight off porn images and now they do not torment me. God’s Word works! I also leaned on Romans 8:1 when the devil tried to condemn me for falling into sin while trying to recover. “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”
What are some of the Projects you are doing now? I recently finished writing a book and am working with a publisher. I am working on a possible television project that would expose porn.My main agenda is to speak to various groups and tell the truth about porn as well as teach people how to walk in freedom from sexual sin. I also collaborated with xxx church to create the Esther Fund which is a program to help porn workers leave the adult film industry and offers them counseling, education and financial assistance for those who qualify. What would you tell the young girls who is seeking doing anything in the porn world? It’s not worth it. 90% of women are drug addicts, alcoholics, get stalked by men, risk pregnancy and sexual disease is the NORM. 66% of porn actors are Herpes carriers with about %28 catching Chlamydia and Gonorrhea and %10 catch HIV. I never met one woman who ever enjoyed being in the sex industry. It’s a vicious dark industry where pain and loneliness surround you and the only way to deal with it is through drugs and alcohol. It’s not glamorous. It’s a trap. The money is easy but the lifestyle is NOT.
Is there anything that you personally want to tell our readers. Jesus said He came to give us abundant life and now that I’ve lived on both sides of the fence I am a witness that what Jesus said was totally true. I live the abundant life where joy, love, healing and real happiness are permanent. I live an awesome overcoming life and I know God in a personal way. Walking with God is the MOST exciting life anyone can ever experience. With God, all things are possible! |
